Made by mold pressing of strengthened polypropylene, Filter plates are light weight, abrasion resistant, high in strength, non toxic and odorless. In conventional filter presses the entire filtration operation is mainly manual but in auto filter press, the filtration is hydraulic system controlled or computer controlled i.e. completely automatic.

With utmost pressing pressure of 25 MPA, hydraulic devices are used for pressing and releasing filter plates and by using electro connecting pressure gauge automatic pressures are maintained. 1.0 MPa is maximum filtering pressure that can be applied for the formation of optimum conditions of cake formation and pressure filtration.

For controlling the continuous actions, buttons on the control panel can be used. It is simple in operating, safe and labor saving.
